Information Days - we organise regular local events for carers, most of which are FREE and frequently include lunch or refreshments!
They are an excellent way of meeting us, seeing support organisations and getting information all under one roof. For those who experience difficulty attending, we are often able to help with transport/respite costs. Download the Spring 2008 Events list or details of the Worth Abbey event in June.
Training for Carers
Monthly Keeping Carers Healthy sessions are held in Crawley and Horsham covering various topics relating to taking care of yourself.
Carer Training with Professionals
