Free Mindfulness Taster Sessions
We were delighted to be able to offer these introductory taster sessions to carers in February,so they could find out if mindfulness was for them.

These workshops, run by Dorothy Larios offered an opportunity for those curious about mindfulness or considering joining the  “Mindfulness for Carers Course” which begins on Tuesday 10th March.

Dorothy has designed this course especially for carers based on the well-known Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course which is being taught nationwide to teach new, simple ways of coping with the day to day pressures of modern living.
