Carers Week

To celebrate Carers Week we organise, together with other partners many activities details of which are published in our quarterly Newsletter.

St Cuthman’s Respite

St Cuthman's, Coolham, near Horsham, is beautiful Jacobean country house run by the RC Diocese of Arundel and Brighton offering a haven of peace and tranquillity to carers who need it. We have funds available for a day's hire plus lunch in one of the two 'hermit huts' in the grounds. A chance to de-stress.

Discounted Complementary Therapies

If you are known to us, you can apply for a discount card which enables you to choose from a range of complementary therapies at a discounted £10 per session.

Support Groups

We provide a leaflet which gives details of all the support groups in the area either run by us or by a variety of other organisations, from focus groups, parent/carers, dementia, mental health to generic groups such as CarersUK.
