18 Months Fixed Term Contract with the possibility of becoming permanent
£16,373 – £19, 647 (£24,232 fte)
25 – 30 hrs per week by agreement to be worked flexibly in response to demands of the role with occasional weekend and evening working

Our teams offer support to adults and young adults who are unpaid family and friend Carers. The charity has been accredited as an ‘excellent’ local provider of quality support for Carer wellbeing across the spectrum of information, advice, assessment and support with teams working collaboratively and through partnerships.
You will provide support for all aspects of our monitoring and evaluation framework to progress delivery of rigorous qualitative and quantitative tools, systems, recording and reporting.
Using consumer insight knowledge, techniques and skills you will help to design and implement plans for our activity in fundraising, service and business development, communications and engagement and performance reporting including to the Board of Trustees.
You will help to continuously improve measurement, data analysis and evaluation across current and future carer services, researching and evaluating to gain insight and evidence of the impact of our work.
Key Skills and Experience
You will have strong qualitative and quantitative research, evaluation and analysis skills including instrument design, data management, statistical analysis and presentation of findings
Your experience will include insight in consumer behaviours, market research and psychology
As an analytical thinker you will be able to simplify complex problems, processes or projects into component parts and explore and evaluate systematically.
