This year for Carers Week 2019, Carers will have the chance to join us for a live Curry Cooking Demonstration and Taster session at the Community Kitchen inside Tesco Shoreham.

Robin van Creveld from Community Chef (pictured) will be demonstrating how to cook some simply and tasty vegetarian Indian dishes, including Vegetable samosa with Hari chutney, Channa Masala (spiced chickpeas), Baingan Matar Masala – (Roast Aubergine and Pea curry) and Chapatti (wholemeal flatbreads).

Please bring along an empty container (Tupperware box) on the day. All carers will also be given recipes cards of the meals being made to take home.

 IMPORTANT: Any carers with food allergies or intolerances must be aware of the risk. Whilst we are able to provide a list of ingredients, the Community Kitchen is a shared space, so there will be other food sources (i.e. there may be traces of products such as milk, eggs, gluten, seafood, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds).
