We offer a flexible programme of support to improve the personal health and wellbeing of Carers of adults with a Mental Health condition. See our range of support groups and useful links below.
Mental Health Toolkit
Everyone’s journey is different which is why we offer individual guidance and information to help you in your caring role. Once you are registered with Carers Support West Sussex we are able to help with a host of support, ranging from emotional to financial assistance tailored to your needs as well as refer you to partner organisations. This toolkit will help you navigate the services and support available to people caring for someone with mental health issues in West Sussex, how and who to go to for help and how we can support and guide you.

Suicide Awareness and Prevention Toolkit
This toolkit may help you if you are dealing with suicidal thoughts, feelings, or intentions. It has ideas you can try to help you. It explains how you can stay safe, and how you can get support. This information is for adults in England who are experiencing suicidal thoughts. It’s also for their loved ones, carers and anyone who has been affected.
