Would you rather speak to one of the team face to face rather than on the phone? Come at visit us in one of six Community Venues at regular times each month to chat about your situation and see what we can do to help you access the support you need.

Do you need to speak to a Carers Support Wellbeing Worker? Visit us at our new Carer Hub at the Connecting Cafe at St Andrews, Crawley Road in Horsham.
Just drop in and have a chat about your caring role and we will do what we can to support you to access the help you need.

10am – 2pm | Face to Face bookable ‘carer clinic’ appointments: An opportunity for carers to have a 1-1 face to face appointment with our wellbeing team, to discuss your caring role, concerns and how we can support you. Open to carers of all conditions.

1pm – 4pm | Carer drop-in: Come along to our monthly drop-in to meet one of the wellbeing workers from Carers Support West Sussex. Pop in anytime between 1pm – 4pm for a cuppa and to meet our carer wellbeing workers for information, advice and guidance (confidential support cannot be given at these sessions however we can arrange this with you for another time).
