At Carers Support, we recognise that being a carer comes with many different challenges. We have prepared a range of resources to help you.

A Contingency Plan is there so that the person you are caring for is supported at the earliest opportunity and you have peace of mind that there is something in place.

We’re pleased to share this collection of learning guides about using modern technology created by Digital Unite, the digital learning experts.

We have produced a Benefits Toolkit to help guide you to the benefits you and the person you care for may be entitled to.

We have produced a Dementia Toolkit to help you navigate the services and support available to people caring for someone with dementia in West Sussex, how and who to go to for help and how we can support and guide you.

The depth and breadth of the emotions felt during bereavement will be different for everyone, no one can predict the intensity. For more information about a vast array of resources to help you on your journey, please take a look at this toolkit here

West Sussex County Council (WSCC) have a range of useful resources for carers, providing information on care services in the county alongside advice for your wellbeing.
