Evening online group coaching, starting Wed 22 April at 5.30pm

Coaching can help in several ways including improving your overall wellbeing, creating time for yourself, making positive change, and reducing feelings of isolation and guilt.

Session 1 – Finding Your Focus and What Matters Most  

This first session is all about getting to know one another.   
What matters most to you right now? What would feel like a positive step forward?  
We’ll help you uncover your own personal goals, however big or small, and explore why they’re meaningful to you.

Session 3      6 May 2026      Small Shifts, Big Changes    

Session 4      13 May 2026    Building New Routines That Work for You  

Session 5     20 May 2026   Reflecting, Celebrating, and Looking Ahead
