Digital Champion

The “Digital Champion” is part of our Connecting Carers Service to connect carers socially and digitally.

We will match you with a carer who needs some support to enable them to benefit from the digital world. If you are the go to person for all things Digital in your household and have a good understanding of how to use technology then this could be just the role for you.

You will be supporting carers remotely and by telephone to help them to get digitally connected online. They may just need help to access the internet, use an iPad or set up email or Zoom. You will be given a license to Digital Unite’s Digital Champion learning and development portal where you can access training resources for you in your role as well as resources that you can share with the carer.
