Starting Tue 23 June, 7pm – 8.30pm 

Coaching can help in several ways including improving your overall wellbeing, creating time for yourself, making positive change, and reducing feelings of isolation and guilt.

Session 1 – Finding Your Focus and What Matters Most   

This first session is all about getting to know one another.    
What matters most to you right now? What would feel like a positive step forward?   
We’ll help you uncover your own personal goals, however big or small, and explore why they’re meaningful to you.

Session 3      Tue 7 July 2026          Small Shifts, Big Changes     

Session 4      Tue 14 July 2026        Building New Routines That Work for You
