The carer assessment was conducted with the utmost professionalism and validated for the first time all my concerns about the care role and its impact on my personal health mentally and physically. The information provided for help is very comprehensive and a very valuable document where all the help possible is collected and indicated in one document and easily accessible for the first time. I must say the wellbeing worker was sensitive and caring and has included all responses very accurately and where to access all the help needed. I wasn’t aware that so much info was elucidated from me. Thank you.
