This event is a free, welcoming event to help unpaid family and friend carers feel more prepared for the colder months ahead.

The day offers two key experiences. (some spaces will be available for on the day attendance but booking advised to guarantee a space)

You can chat with partners, including Sussex Police, and find out more about support such as the Herbert Protocol, Fire safe and well team, cost of living advice, dementia, mental health, and what’s happening in your local community.

You’re invited to come and stay, join in with games and craft tables, try activities like seated football, or simply chat with our team and others partners at your own pace. Whether you want to gather information, take part in activities, or just have a break, there’s something for everyone.
