Are you a family and friend carer from the Chagossian community? Do you provide care for someone who couldn’t manage without your support?

If you would like to know what services Carers Support West Sussex can offer, come along to speak to our Chagossian Carer Wellbeing Worker and join our supportive group.
 
No need to book, just come along to the Small Hall at Broadfield Community Centre. Refreshments will be provided.
