Introduction to Mindfulness

Join us for a no-commitment introductory session to explore how mindfulness could help you

Online

08 September 2026 10:30 - 12:30

Available: 11 spaces of 25

If you’ve ever wondered whether mindfulness might help, this relaxed introductory session is a good place to start. Designed as a gentle taster, it offers the chance to learn a little about mindfulness and try out some simple techniques in a supportive, informal setting.

The focus is on creating space — to breathe, to slow down, and to reconnect with yourself.

You don’t need any experience, and there’s no expectation to continue beyond this session. Simply come along as you are, take some time for yourself, and explore whether mindfulness could offer meaningful support for your wellbeing.

Feedback from a previous workshops we have hosted:

"Practicing the Mindfulness was very calming and grounding, it has helped me to feel less overwhelmed at times and feel I can manage triggering situations better. It was good to be part of a group of people dealing with similar life stresses who can relate to one another and not be judgemental. Bernie, our tutor, was a caring and supportive facilitator"

"Mindfulness is essential to my mental health and wellbeing. I have found the sessions with Bernie to be extremely beneficial and would recommend them."

After the taster session you can decide if you would like to join the FREE 8 week course which will run from Tuesday 15th September - 3rd November 10:30am - 12:30pm
