Grab a cuppa, take some time for yourself and find out what can make your life easier in your caring role.

Come and join us at our Carers Rights Day event for a friendly and informal get-together. Take some time for yourself, meet other carers and discover information and support that could make a difference to you and the person you care for.

Our Carers Support teams have put together a series of useful and interesting talks covering your rights, planning for the unexpected and how technology could make caring easier. We’ll also have some fantastic partner organisations there, including Age UK, so you can ask questions, have a chat and find out what support is available.

With so much information and support under one roof, it’s a great opportunity to find out lots in one go, saving you the time and effort of having to search for it all yourself.
There will be free light refreshments available, so grab a coffee, listen to the talks, have a chat and find out what could make life a little easier in your caring role.

And, as an extra bonus, you can enter our prize draw for the chance to win £100 worth of Amazon vouchers.*
