Help unpaid carers and staff feel more confident using technology that can make everyday caring easier.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Digital Confidence and Training workstream for a new Sussex-wide programme supporting unpaid carers. Reporting to the Head of Information and Advice, you will help staff and carers build the confidence and practical skills needed to use technology, online services and digital tools safely and effectively.

You will work with carers, staff, volunteers and partner organisations to co-produce and deliver accessible learning opportunities, create useful resources and connect people with trusted digital support. You will coordinate delivery across Carers Support West Sussex, Care for the Carers, The Carers Centre Brighton & Hove and Amaze, while working within Carers Support West Sussex management arrangements.

This is a varied role combining practical training, partnership working and programme coordination. You will keep the shared delivery plan on track, identify risks and dependencies, support evaluation and help create resources and skills that can continue beyond the funded year.

Appointments are subject to an appropriate Disclosure and Barring Service.

Interview Date: 6 November 2026.
